Concerts and people watching.

The company I work for catered the recent Eagles concert in Springfield, Missouri so that means that I got to go to the concert for free and got paid as well.  I really only got to see a grand total of five minutes of the show itself but that was enough to make me happy.  I should just be happy to have been there since tickets were $185 and sold out so soon I would not have been able to get one even if I had been in posession of that much money at the time.  I will definitely say that it was the best concert I have been to thus far.  Most bands when seen and heard in concert sound quite different than they do on CDs or Vinyl, the Eagles are a group who sound no different now (ie. just as good) as they did when they first began singing.  The only difference?  It was completely amazing and sounded better because it was LIVE and that makes almost everything better.  As far as the job goes, I think it will be a fun way to spend my time.  I get to see all the people and watch how they all behave, I get to be paid to do this, I have to run food to suites every so often and may have to deal with some who have had one too many but the good aspects of the job seem to outway the bad so far.
